HudSun Wellness Center, located off South Washington St. in Grand Forks, ND, has become increasingly popular over the last few months for its incredible experience and unique services. HudSun offers several services including Wellness Pods, Red Light Therapy, Compression Therapy, and Cold Therapy. In addition to these services, as well as countless others, HudSun also offers HotWorx classes. These classes, done in a hot studio, can enact many positive effects on the human body such as sweating and Infrared exposure. HudSun functions as a healthy, new alternative to traditional fitness options and inspires individuals of all demographics to fulfill their health and wellness goals.
HudSun’s goal is to be a “one stop shop” for their members. By offering numerous services, members are able to achieve all of their fitness and wellness goals in one location. The reality is many guests are adults with full-time jobs, families, or schoolwork. Prioritizing fitness can be an incredible challenge, especially amidst the winter months. The mission of HudSun is to serve as a location for members to stop, even just for an hour, to prioritize their health and wellbeing.
The featured HotWorx classes, conducted in a hot studio, consist of Isometric and HIIT workouts. Isometric workouts consist of 30-minute intervals of activities. Some of the choices for these classes include Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Bands, and Hot Core. Besides Isometric classes, there are also HIIT classes. These consist of 15-minute high intensity workouts. Participants may choose between Hot Cycle and Hot Blast, both of which challenge the user to exert maximum energy for short periods. Being performed in a warm environment, this form of exercise is not only quick but extremely effective. Since the classes are 15 minutes long, they are offered at a more frequent interval. Classes are offered every 15 minutes, beginning at 6:00 a.m. and continuing until 9:00 p.m.
