Kira Symington, Opinion Editor
Kira is a General Reporter and the Opinion Editor at the Dakota Student. Double-majoring in Philosophy and English, she likes to take philosophical and literary approaches to important political and cultural events. Beyond her journalism pursuits, she has written for Floodwall and UND's literary magazine, and she envisions delving into more creative non-fiction in the near future. Kira chose to study abroad in the Spring of 2024 and is excited to take on this new adventure.
