I just wanted to send a letter showing my growing dissatisfaction with the university and their partnership with Higher One. Higher One continues to give poor customer service while charging fees for nearly every thing you could possibly want to do to access your money. The university should cut ties with Higher One and just do direct deposit themselves into student accounts. It is unfair to charge fees on money that the students already have to pay back to a lender. It is akin to stealing and Higher One are thieves.
