It is quite evident that the football coach does not have the ability to recruit, establish and coach a football team that can compete at a Division 1 level. It is time for him and his staff to go. If the University is genuinely serious at competing at this level in football a change must be made and a coach and staff hired that can bring the success the school desires. Quality facilities, excellent academics and other amenities can only do so much. It is the players and the right coachs that bring success. Get a new coach who has the ability to get it done as NDSU has done.
